In the final stages of our Office Refurbishment project in Huddersfield Rodley Interiors have created a practical working environment with the addition of bespoke office furniture.

Rodley Interiors were invited to carry out a large furniture install for a valued existing client. Adare who specialise in Marketing and Secure Communications appointed Rodley Interiors to fully refurbish their IT and office area with the addition of furniture. The furniture install not only had to accommodate the high volume of staff, but mirror the professional and sleek feel of the refurbishment works.

During the initial planning we were required to install ;

  • Office workstations for 44 members of  staff with pedestals to suit, with high-specification seating.
  • Space saving storage units.
  • Meeting/Conference room furniture.
 

Issues to OvercomeVisual Moodboard for Adare

One of the issues we came across was ensuring we made the most of the open plan space. To do this we provided our client with 2d layout plans to plot the furniture and allow the client to fully visualise the area.

We also had to utilise the furniture and create a division down the centre of the room.

By adding this division, split the open plan area into 2 fulfilling the requirements from our client.

The Solution

We plotted 11 workstations using 4 individual desks in each.  By allowing the desks to  run vertically down the open plan floor space, created an organised and effective working area. Once the area was plotted to suit our clients requirements, we set to work on deciding the finish and style of the furniture. It was imperative this mirrored the high calibre partitioning and refurbishment works we carried out.

To really show off the impressive refurbishment we fitted Walnut and White furniture throughout. Installing these with the purple feature walls and Grey carpet tiles worked effortlessly well in co-ordination with each other.

Here is a breakdown of the furniture we have installed;

  • Large meeting room table in a Walnut finish to suit 8 people, with cantilever conference chairs.
  • 44 Walnut topped wave styled desks with White framework, with cable management trays.
  • 44 White under desk pedestals.
  • Desk divider screens.
  • White side opening tambour storage units forming a division down the center of the room.
