In the middle of installing sound rated office partitioning using 50m studs, 2 skins of plaster board to each side with 50mm insulation slab and not 50mm insulation quilt as the slab is denser and aids with the sound reduction between the walls.
All the door sets are 926mm wide instead of the normal 838mm to aid with the disability access within the training rooms as Micro Cad is a training provider and a partner of Microsoft , all doors in an Ash finish with a vision panel of 1500 x 150mm in GWPP (Georgian wire polished plates).
All aluminium frameworks in Grey with grey laminate skirtings, the benefits of using 50mm studs with insulation slab with 2 numbers skins of plaster board to each side make an overall thickness of 100mm are that it offers far greater noise reduction capacities between the dividing walls when a quiet working office for this training provider is required.
There are other office partitioning options that are sometimes slightly cheaper than this partitioning system however the client decided to pay the additional cost due to the nature of his business.
The client has decided to have a shower room, new client kitchen and a cloakroom all incorporated within the new office layout.
The decoration finish to the solid partitioning panels is Tektura Matt 93105.
New carpet tiles to the whole area and non-slip safety vinyl to the shower room and kitchen areas.
