Rodley Interiors we were recently awarded a project from an existing client which involved refurbishing a tired office space.
In continuation with the refurbishment works carried out for our client in Leeds City Centre, this substantial project was based in Scotland.
The original area required a selection of works carrying out to make the area look fresh and inviting, including full site engagement services, strip out and a new kitchen install.
Office Refurbishment Works
A main factor of this project was the removal and take down of all redundant partitioning and floor coverings and to make good as required. Following the removal of these we installed new office partitions in a 50mm budget partitioning system.
We also carried out full decoration works to all office areas including existing external walls, window sills, internal partition walls.
We provided full site management for the duration of the project, to ensure full compliance with Health and Safety. We have fully qualified in house Site Managers who are both competent and fully compliant in all duties of a Site Manager.
New suspended ceiling
In addition to the new partitioning install we also fitted a new suspended ceiling to the entire area using 600mm x 600mm white ceiling tiles on a 25mm ceiling grid.
Office Tea Point area
During the final stage of the works we fitted an office tea point area using Howdens kitchen units, in White gloss.
We fitted Hi-Mac worktops in black granite to add contrast to the white units. We fitted a Bosch under counter larder fridge and Bosch fully integrated dishwasher.
