Soundproof Partitioning using SoundBloc Plasterboards
Works are now well underway installing new soundproof partitioning as part of our latest office fit out project in Leicester. Our team are creating a number of new office spaces . As part of the project we will also install new suspended ceilings, decoration works, electrical and data install, kitchen/ refreshment tea point spaces and new flooring throughout. The stud work for the partitions are now formed with SoundBloc plasterboards being fitted.
In addition to the new soundproof partitions we will also be fitted new frameless glass partitioning with floor to ceiling height black laminate doors.
As part of the fit out furniture will also be fitted featuring 66 desks, 12 agile desks, 84 lockers, Reception area furniture, new soft seating and desk seating.
The project will take 6 weeks to complete with a project value of £150k.
Benefits of Soundproof Partitions
Installing a soundproof partitioning system can dramatically improve the office environment. For this project we are fitting SoundBloc boards which feature an aerated gypsum core providing excellent sound proof ratings. Each office and meeting room space will also feature insulation fitted above the ceiling void to aid with sound reduction. The plasterboard also enables longer fire resistance providing a longer evacuation times in case of a fire.
