Rodley Interiors have started the New Year working on a Doncaster Warehouse and Industrial Partitioning project. The works were for a brand-new client who had a requirement for warehouse office spaces in the packaging area of the building.

We created these practical and cost-effective warehouse offices space for staff. The offices were formed to the corner of the warehouse unit, therefore the perimeter walls needed lining. Our team fit partitioning stud work directly to the wall which then allowed the electrical caballing to be fed through, we then fitted single skin plasterboard. The Doncaster Warehouse and Industrial Partitioning office spaces were built using 75mm Tenon Fire and Sound partitioning. Each office featured single glazed windows which were created from the floor level up the suspended ceiling. Due to the warehouse house having limited natural light sources, the glazed windows ensured that each office space was bright. The doors we fitted were a standard Oak finish with vision panel details. The offices then featured a suspended ceiling with LED lights.

The project took 7 days to complete and the project value was £9.5k.
