Rodley Interiors have been awarded the project of commercial Cat B Fit Out to a Leeds 21,000sq.ft space. The works are now well underway with the partitions, flooring and electrical data works completed.
A full project breakdown includes;
- Glass Partitioning with minimalistic black framework
- Solid partitioning to create meeting rooms and breakout spaces
- New suspended ceiling tiles, lighting and feature lighting
- Company branded material
- New kitchen and tea point areas
- Flooring throughout including feature flooring to form walkways throughout the space
- Feature doors to the office areas
- Private meeting pods
- Air conditioning, plumbing and electrical works
- Window blinds and Furniture

A Cat B Fit Out is the term used to describe a fully functional workspace that has undergone works including the design of the interior, the install of new internal walls and furniture. The works are built around the client’s specification and design. A Cat B Fit Out could also include new kitchen areas and tea points, lighting, flooring and branded detailing.
