A serviced office space front-runner who own business centres countywide, utilised our office refurbishment skill-set to renovate their 2,650sq ft space in Bradford.

The Design Brief

With superb business centres across the West Yorkshire county, our client reached out to us to carry out a full serviced office refurbishment project to their most popular centre within Bradford.

The floor space required a full refurbishment overhaul to accommodate the 20 new serviced offices. The logistics of the works had to be strategically planned around our office partitioning install, to achieve not only a smooth programme of works but a superior end result.

Our large scale works began with the renovation of the existing walls. We carefully dismantled the existing partitioning and removed these from site in a timely and proficient manner. Corridor and office walls were taken out and brickwork openings filled.


Creating a Modern Business Centre

The new colour pallet for the existing walls needed to not only appeal to all new tenants but it also had to complement the silver office partitioning we installed. Each serviced office needed to be bright, accommodating and inspiring, therefore a monochrome pallete was chosen. The clean white walls made the vast area look even bigger. Before the walls were decorated these were fine filled ensuring clean lines throughout.

Serviced office refurbishmentInvariably in a business centre each office would be home to a different company or firm. Being able to meet all tenants’ requirements and expectations can be a big task.

The serviced office space would need to accommodate the seasonal changes, being cool in summer and warmer during the winter months. The existing floor space had high-spec air-conditioning units already fitted, we moved these to suit our new 20 office layout. Electrical and plumbing works were also carried out with existing radiators moved and new data points installed to each space.

A serviced office refurbishment is essential when trying to reach out to potential tenants. The areas need to be functional, attractive and stimulate business. This was achieved during both our partitioning install and refurbishment works and with the space now embodying the feel our clients business.
