Rodley Interiors were invited to carry out an office partitioning install with a difference. During our initial site visit with our client we established each office area required a different partitioning system installing. The office glass systems we installed were;

  • Double glazed frameless glass
  • 30 minutes fire rated single glazed frameless glass
  • Full height single glazed frameless glass

Fire Rated Frameless Glass

One of our office glass solutions, to help our client was the install of 30 minutes fire rated frameless glass partitioning.

The system was installed to office kitchen area to comply with Health and Safety regulations.

The single glazed wall was fitted with dry joints to a height of 3000mm and complemented the modern canteen.

Double Glazed Frameless Glassbespoke-cross-grain-office-doors

The feature glass for this project was Double Glazed Frameless Glass. This system gives an simplistic and professional feel, with minimal visible framework and components. Our client requested a glazed partitioning system to keep sound travel to a minimum yet still allow for un-hindered vision. This double glazed system allows for an improved acoustic performance over the single glazed system, offering a sound rating of up to 47dB.

This was one our favourite office glass solutions we presented to our client, as the system is designed for office areas where clean lines and a minimalist feel is required.

Due to the high suspended ceiling level we fitted 12mm toughened glass over 10mm toughened glass, as this can reach a height up to 3000mm.

The system that allows for minimal aluminium perimeter framework accommodated the timber door and frame sets. Glazing such as this complemented the natural cross grain doors giving a lavish feel.
