A 6-week warehouse fit out project with soundproof jumbo walls, new industrial style partitioning and mezzanine floor area to our clients existing warehouse space.
Industrial Warehouse Partitions
Rodley Interiors were awarded the project from an existing client to undertake a warehouse fit out and refurbishment to their existing workspace. The project was split into 2 with works underneath a mezzanine floor and works to the warehouse space. The warehouse office area included the install of Industrial Warehouse Partitions to create generously sized individual offices. The offices were formed using Industrial style glass partitioning in striking black framework. Industrial style partitioning doesnt necessarily mean glass partitioning, solid partitioning can be incorporated and finished in an industrial style. Within the space we also fitted new suspended ceilings, floorings, warehouse kitchen, electrical and data works.
Jumbo Walls and Warehouse Mezzanine
The warehouse fit out refurbishment project included our team installing a jumbo wall to form the main warehouse division. A jumbo stud wall is a popular choice when creating floor to ceiling height divisions within warehouse or industrial spaces. In most cases a warehouse or industrial space has a high ceiling level that standard partitioning systems will not accommodate. Our jumbo stud partitions can be built to any height or width and to suit any requirement.
Project Challenges
The project came with one challenge that the works needed completing within a short turn-around time of 6 weeks. The Rodley Interiors team liaised with the client at each stage of the works and liaised with our in-house contractors to ensure the timescale was met. The business was still running whilst we were completing our works, the most of our fit out was completed during normal works and we ensured disruption was kept to a minimum.
