With the clever install of SIG’s Tenon office partition walls we converted a disused and neglected space into a professional working area for staff.
The Design Brief
Rodley Interiors were approached by a Product Manufacturing firm to support their plans to expand their business to a larger floor space in Wakefield.
The project installing office partition walls created new office spaces and meeting rooms.
When choosing the right office partition walls to install to the space we worked closely with our client, to understand their likes dislikes and the level of privacy and soundproofing they required. The space was easy to work with due to its sizeable external windows, standard ceiling height and flush external walls.
Our client was keen to leave a large area open plan to create a product showroom for pottential customers.
Double glazed office windows
Focussing on functionality the offices were built to allow for the showroom in the centre. Privacy and a high level of sound retention were important to our client. The office partition walls we installed met the required specification. We installed Tenon Fire and Sound partitioning, each office featured double glazed windows which reached the height of the doors. To allow for privacy the glass windows were fitted with tiltable internal blinds. The 25mm blinds are also a clever way of controlling the amount light required in any office space.
The project was completed on time and met our clients requirements and specification. The office partition walls we fitted created practical office spaces for all staff.
