Commissioned by a nationwide insurance company Rodley Interiors have created an all-consuming Sheffield glass office partitioning install to maximise on light and floor space.
The Design Brief
A firmly established insurance company with a Sheffield head office requested our services to divide up an existing floor space. Our client was keen to use the most modern partitioning system on the market, glass office partitioning.
The floor space was ideal for any business due to its large external windows which already made the are feel light and welcoming. To complement the monochrome interiors and utilise light we fitted a frameless glass partitioning system.
Angled Office Glass
Part of the brief was to create 2 areas for different sales teams, we did this using free-standing glass modules. The free-standing partitions were modern and sleek and still allowed for a feel of openness. Staggering office glass is an effective way to create office divisions with that extra element of class and sophistication.
The architectural glass design featured 12mm toughened glass panels to a width of 1800mm each and are a feature in their own right.
Glass Office Manifestation
To maximise on the contemporary feel of the space, the Sheffield glass office partitioning modules were finished with a detailed window film design. The staggered banding effect complemented the structural design of the glass office partitioning adding fluidity throughout the space. Glass office manifestation is not only used to add privacy, it can be a highly visual way to accentuate an office.
With the latest technology to hand any design can be created in colour or Opal Frost. This banding effect allows for a solid division at the bottom of the glass office partitioning with smaller bands travelling up the glass. This now allows the generous amounts of light to seep through.
