Building:5 storey office block
Progressive law firm Plexus required new glass office spaces being built within their Leeds workplace.
Working at the fore-front of defendant law Plexus have modern office spaces across the nation offering competent legal advice over numerous sectors.
The Central Leeds office space in a well-sought after building offers extensive floor spaces with large external windows, ideal for a glass partitioning system.
Glass partitioning can offer major benefits to an office area, with a translucent nature this system can save on energy bills due reducing the requirement of artificial lighting.
Aswell as optimising on natural light glass partitioning can also prevent noise pollution within the office. If you are looking non-obstructed views around your office this is the system for you.
The Design Brief
Benefiting the generous floor space the partitioning system we installed was toughened frameless glass. The client required a fluid and seamless look down the run of offices with natural light optimised throughout.
Not only did we create individual office spaces our glass partitioning install also formed an inviting and welcoming Reception space. These 2 areas required different specifications to suit traffic flow and fire rating regulations.
Office Reception Glazing
Presenting a professional and upmarket appearance the legal firm wanted this mirrored as clients enter the office. The new office reception would need to be bright and welcoming with splashes of style and flair. To achieve this we installed single glazed fire rated frameless glass. Fire safety glass is ideal for any office reception due to its optimum specification and visual benefits.
Double Glazed Offices
Due to heavy amounts of traffic that would be flowing through the main office area, we had to install a system that would have sound retention qualities. In keeping with the theme of glass we fitted a double glazed frameless glass system with high aesthetic appeal and a good amount of sound reduction.
